KD Academy provides AI-driven SAT preparation tools, including but not limited to diagnostic score reporting, AI tutoring, and adaptive question generation. We do not guarantee specific score improvements or admission to any educational institution.
You agree not to misuse the KD Academy services. This includes attempting to bypass rate limits, reverse-engineering our AI endpoints, scraping content, or uploading malicious files (e.g., payloads disguised as PDF score reports). Violation of these rules will result in immediate and permanent account termination.
All proprietary content, including the design, structure, and algorithmic logic of KD Academy and KDAcad, are the exclusive property of KD Academy. The SAT® is a trademark registered by the College Board, which is not affiliated with, and does not endorse, this product.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. KD Academy expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
